Well the big rigs are rolling and seems like more and more of them have missing titles. We thought it might be helpful to our clients to identify the added information need for a truck title verses a car title.
In gathering information for lost tuck title there are a few differences from a car title. GetNewTitle.com has found that all states require weight of the vehicle, number of triers and if it is Gas or diesel. Along with that many states want the weight when it is loaded, the gross weight.
They also draw a line as to a commercial truck and a personal truck, the weight is usually the cut off. If it is consider a commercial vehicle there are additional cost and rules.
