Boats Boats everywhere and not a title to be found

Well summer is here and at Getnewtitle.com the boat titling specialist are getting busier all the time. We had a fellow from Kansas call with a 1994 21 foot SeaRay who had picked up the boat at a foreclosure action of a house back in December. Here it is May and he wants the title in a week. The lesson here is, a little planning and he would of had his title 2 months ago now he has to wait the 4 weeks like every one else. I wonder if the sun is out in Kansas.
